If your Antivirus was recently updated, I'd look there first.
If no joy, let's see if this article will sort your problem:
If still no joy, please show us a fresh log.

It was a simple rebooting of my pc that solved the login problem - ty for providing the wiki links.
But now I am having another error, but HB seems to work:
[10:07:01.105 N] System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: Es war kein an net.pipe://localhost/HBRelog/Server lauschender Endpunkt vorhanden, der die Nachricht annehmen konnte. Dies wird häufig durch eine fehlerhafte Adresse oder SOAP-Aktion verursacht. Weitere Details finden Sie unter "InnerException", sofern vorhanden. ---> System.IO.PipeException: Der Pipeendpunkt "net.pipe://localhost/HBRelog/Server" wurde nicht auf dem lokalen Computer gefunden.

Glad you got it figured out, and sorry we sent you in a wrong direction. We're going to have to leave this for Tony, as I've got zero experience using HBRelog.
From complete ignorance, it looks like a HBRelog deemon is not listening on the endpoint. Perhaps, there is a plugin you need to install. Or, maybe something isn't running in 'admin' mode that should be.
You are much more of an expert on HBRelog than I am. So, going to have to leave this one for Tony.

No, it was right - the first link said "reboot your PC". Althaugh I am a little bit technic, i forgat that. So, that helped!

Yes Tony, without HRrelog there are no errors.
It was the first time I user HBrelog. After closing HBrelog and doing another reboot the error disappeared.
