Cannot log in can't access site

Been trying since 12pm est to start bot or get on site bot just says logging in an doesn't do anything website comes back that it could not connect from all 3 pcs in my house, I even went ahead and did a fresh reinstall of windows 7 and still cannot connect to the honor buddy site or the bot.

My cell phone can connect fine to the site hence how I am posting this.

Something's wrong, solutions?

you cant connect to forums? I have inability to log into bot or to go to the download portal site, but forums are ok from my pc. neighbors connection / pc he can log on bot fine.

Oh and no logs cause there is nothing in the log folder well cause the bit cannot even log in

Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.

mkdir C:\PathPingDiag
pathping auth4.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth4.txt
pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth3.txt
pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth2.txt
pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth1.txt

Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

tony, should i do the same? just trying to get a solution before i have to step out later.

i tried to do that once and it takes a very long time to finish so not sure whats going on with it gunna leave it running.
