Cannot log in after .173 - account got banned, requesting refund.

Dear Moderators!

I'm unable to log in with neither of my accounts.
Niantic servers are just fine. and here are my log files.

I have used .169 for a day, then the update cme and the bot told me to wait for updates.
I have wanted to try .173 but by then it gave me a login error.
Tried from my phone from the same city and it says the well known "cannot connect.. try again later"... basicall this means ban.

Requesting refund based on the fact that bot got me banned.

Sorry moderator, but not.
Im using my google account from Europe not the trainer club account.
Check the availability. Google account servers are UP and were up yesterday as well.

Sorry friend but they have been up and down for the last 3 weeks EU ones included. Some people logged in fine while others have had nothing but issues.

Also: I received the “Unable to authenticate” or “Failed to log in” message – Pokemon GO
Confirms that its not necessarily a ban.

i'm not asking for a refund but, we have the same issue here. can't log in since the update. even by phone and its been days already. have you manage to log in? is this a perma ban? my other acc works fine.

Bans are a part of botting. I don't even think this was the first ban-wave. All you needed to do is look at ban-section before your purchase and see that it isn't 100% safe

If you want to keep your accounts safe, don't bot them.
