Cannot load plugins

Hey i have a problem with load plugin. I have this problem with all plugins. I put plugins in folder 3rdParty.

I think that specific plugin is outdated (the voll one that you posted)
It used to farm just voll, but I think something went wrong with the coding as I had the same problem and just ended up getting rid of it.

I trying other plugins too, the same problem.

You need to install CommunityLib aswell.
