Cannot load or reload combat routine

Hi,

I just made a fresh install with the new version.
I made sure .net 4.5.1 and c2013 are installed.
But my db doesnt load the plugins, the plugin window is always empty.
Therefore it doesnt load trinity and when I try to start the bot the errormessage Cannot load or reload combat routine appears.

What 2 do?

Ok simple solution... the game needs to be logged in. lol.
