Cannot hit Start Button

Hello,

My problem is that the start button remains disabled and i cannot start the bot. I just can use the 'settings' panel where I paste my Auth Key but nothing happens.

I've cleared my cache, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 (x86) is installed and I've the latest version of bot.

Can you help me ?

make sure SP1 is installed


remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
