Cannot get my Buddy working... Attachs to Wow and doesn't go any further

I've tried attaching a photo, but it's not working for some reason.

It was all working fine, but my PC decided to crash and reboot.
On reboot, HB says it's attached to WOW with ID####
Then nothing after that.

I have tried a bit of googling and can't find anything. I tried changing to DX9 and back again and no change.
Anyone else experienced this?
