Cannot get it to work

I start WoW then I start the bot and it says:


Honorbuddy v2.5.6285.458 started.

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #16057

I made sure I was running the 32 bit version of the game
I have done a fresh install and still no fix

I got this error once but i think it was because i was running 64bit
