Cannot get Honorbuddy to Start

Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed. Version=1.0.3829.8764. Culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I downloaded the .net 3.5 SP 1 and it still gives me this, after I try again it says Max Sessions Reached Authentication failed and continues to do that, I don't know what to do I've tried reinstalling HB many times but still doesn't help
