Cannot find free instance of Wow to attach to.

Up until yesterday HB was fine then last night i kept getting "cannot find free instance of wow to attach to" i deleted and reinstalled HB and still get the same thing. Any ideas?

:Just tried to start it up again not on the Timeless Isle and bingo it worked. so it appears to be an issue starting on The Timeless Isle.
