Cannot enter Matchmaking Queue

Is anyone else getting "You cannot enter the matchmaking queue because your status is locked" today? Sometimes it queues up fine, Other times I'll come back to it and it is just sitting there trying and trying to start a match.

It happens if you leave matchs before they finish or get d/ced, thats mean you have to do quick matchs, I am actually surprised you have the gutts to bot HL game ...
