Cannot download Honor buddy!

Just purchased a pass and i am trying to download the HB client, it keeps saying i have reached my maximum download. I have tried differnt computers and same result, Can someone help me or send me HB?

Have been trying with firefox, now just installed a fresh chrome.
newest HB says ive reached my maximum downloads and i had been logged out for a few mins

Older version says i do not have permission to access it
