Cannot Download HB

Recently i tryed to log onto HB, but said Buddy servers not found. I uninstalled Hb and tried to Re-install. It wont let me install now showing me and error code 0x80070659.

dont use the installer.
Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
