Cannot connect to game server

uninstall, reinstall, version is correct. Looks like its getting past the log in. I AM able to connect on my mobile device. Next steps?
Upon further testing, I CAN log in with a PTC account, just not my google account on the farmer. I can log in on my google account on my phone tho.
I have the app password from google set up for farmer. SO that shouldn't be an issue. I have also tried with 2 step verification turned off, it does not allow me to get past connecting to game servers either

I would suggest deleting the app password for pokefarmer. Try that and let me know
 
I can try. I couldn't find a log file when I looked earlier tho. I'll look again when I get home.

Do you have special characters in the account that wont log in, ie: &'s$'s or even +'s? Anything past common ones like !'s and _'s seem to break Pokefarmer when trying to login. Also please make sure that you have any firewall completely turned off to test logging in again, even though we make rules and set permissions, some firewalls like to be pains in the butt about it.
 
looks like the same as mine... ecept my phone cant log in to the account either, i am assuming it got deletet/banned...
 
its possible. I would hold onto the details and check it again in a week or two, alot of accounts seem to come back.
