Cannot attach bot: System.IO.FileLoadException Error

It still cannot attach itself to RiftView attachment 315

even after following all the instructions here http://www.ryftomate.com/support-issues/126-[guide]simple-steps-quick-ryftomate-setup.html
and having installed:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

I have the same exact problem. none of the solutions that have been given to me have worked either.

follow the steps on the guide again and make a new installation
