Candies to Power-up (CTP) Miscalculated/Displayed

Under the "My Pokemon" window I have noticed that the CTP value does not reflect what is showing in the app. This is confirmed by attempting to power up a pokemon and getting the error "Not enough resources"



The CTP is reflected as 3 ...



but the App indicates the requirement is 4 ...



I have noticed that all the top pokemon on the following image require between 6-8 candies, although all reflect the CTP = 4

Yes. The screen shots are from a fresh restart of the most current version.
