Can you still bot after a patch?

Just as the title says can you bot even if you get disconected when they do the patch im saying stay away from bnet and keep running off the old version. Reason im asking is because this is going to be a big patch and HB will be down most likley 2 days and i need to be botting on thursday when raid night hits and dont want to be without?

any ideas on how long they will be down? and if you stop playing for awhile do you think you could by pass the next wave which is due to hit any time form now to another 3 months maybe switch accounts?

you mean play without the bot? Im talking if i stop botting on the account ive botted on for the last 2 months and switch to another account before they decide to pass out the waves do you think this account will be safe or is it time to start transferring alts to a safe account.

Its hard to know. We cannot see when blizzard bans, We can only assume one is coming soon, but we do not know how long that detection window would be. couple weeks, months, days?

And theres never a release time frame could be a couple days or a day, sometimes a week. depends on the real changes blizzard implements.

ive not touched hb for months now , but recently ive not seen a lot of bans for at least 6 weeks , maybe good sign or blizz holding out for a massive hit , not gona risk for at least another 2 months but if no ban wave for hb come march ile probs start using again

No, because you're just going to end up missing HB and you'll start botting again and get yourself banned anyways.
