Can you mine/herb for 12hours straight without ban?

I have 9 accounts i can confirm the following:

Mine/Herb for 16 hours : all my accounts got banned after 2 weeks , ended up having to rebuy/relevel all my accounts again. 1600 items per session

Mine/Herb for 8 hours : NO BANS after 2months, all 9 of my accounts appear to stay under the radar at these hours/day. Each one herbs/mines about 800 items per session.

Question: anyone know if 12hours will get you banned? aka 1200items per session

yeah my friend accidentally left it on for 48 hours striaght no problem. Some people on here have said they have left it on for 2 years straight.

Ive left mine on sometimes 48+ hours..... So yes, you can..its your own risk

Don't believe the hype. I believe a lot depends on what you do with your gathered goods and how much gold you trade to other players not on the same account. Those are the kinds of things that will likely raise red flags. If you have the ability to diversify how you make your gold that will also help "keep you under the radar"

-sell some of the ore/herb...don't put more than 12 full stacks on at a time.
-craft some items...sell them regularly.
-farm some of the medium to low grade ore/herb from time to time...you don't want to have a 7 tab guild bank full of elementium that you cannot sell because it is piling up to fast.
-do a lot of buying and re-selling of goods on the bazaar as well. I am sure you have an auction type add on to help you keep track.
-also if you must make large gold transaction to other players have them put up a pre-determined item on the AH priced for the amount of gold you want to give...figure in the AH cut...so that you can avoid looking like a gold seller.
