Can you buy multiple WoW keys or do you have to buy them seperate on blizz website?

do i have to create seperate battle.net accounts to purchase the cheap 15$ accounts on blizz website?

or can i just buy 5 or 6 of them at one time and get the keys in email?

is there any other website selling them that cheap?
