can you bot on a VPN

I want to purchase a VPN is it possible to bot using honorbuddy on one?

of cause it is, assuming the vpn hasn't closed for the ports/traffic used..
however, the bans that are made, isn't made on IP's, but mac adresses..

why wouldn't it be? VPN won't be the problem as long as they don't block ports but sins you paid for it they probably won't

As long as the VPN pings low enough you'll be fine. I've seen that once the ping starts getting above 1500ms or so, you starting having issues.

ofc it's possible to spoof your mac address, but in order to do so effectively you have to reboot your computer and change mac address each time you're changing between accounts..
although, one should reboot between main account and bot account anyway

I disagree whit this statement. Reason is Blizzard will never ban an account that is not active when your bot is detected, Else every wow account ever used on that computer/mac will get banned. And spoofing you mac has no use what so ever sins you want your bot's to have different mac's while they are active. Also note that your mac is not sent via your tcpip packets but via the client.
