Can WingBuddy help me with what I want?

I am looking for a rotation utility, that will activate if I am in combat, and allow me to control the movement of my character. Similar to PQR in WoW.
More specifically I am looking to to level up 1-55 with that utility.
Even more specifically I would be looking for something that would work well with a focus guardian/rage jugg.
If for some reason focus guardian is not supported, what is the next best class for my purposes? (level up 1-55)

Can WingBuddy do what I want? Elaborate if needed.

I've been using Joe's myself for this purpose. You will need the Combat Bot.xml profile (attached).
Disable the autotargeting by turning that option to false in the Merchelpers file, load up the bot, select the profile, start the bot and then press [Delete]. This will disable the bot's combat movement.

I've also looked up old forum posts. They say something about pureswtor however I dont know if it functional, if it only works for certain classes, if it only works at level 55, if I could modify it to use it for leveling.

I can confirm you that it is functional. You can use PureSWTOR and select "Pure" as a combat routine ("Unpure" has movement). Then like ShortRound said use that CombatBox.xml profile (its an empty profile).
You can toggle combat & targeting with F buttons. Yeah its made for level 55 but you can level with it from 1-55. It just wont use skills that you don't have yet.

You can see its easily modifiable to your needs. You'll need some SVN client to make a checkout of the PureSWTOR repository.
