can we use gatherbuddy with windows 7?

can we use gatherbuddy with windows 7? i can't even start it.... i got a message " gatherbuddy needs to install an extra component to work,it will do it now. once finished please restart gatherbuddy" so i tried to install net framework 3.5 sp1.... i can't do that too it says i have to go to control panel and do some things which i'm doing and still nothing.... i google it and some ppl said that windows 7 already include that that's why i can't install it... anyone use gatherbuddy with windows 7? anyone can help?

i used a program to determine which net framework i have and it says i have 3.5sp1 so i'm ok with that somewhere else is the problem.... ooo and i'm running it as admin

make sure you run gatherbuddy as admin by right clicking it and selecting the option as gatherbuddy does not do this by default like honorbuddy does.

As Admin, run the GatherbuddyInstallerWorkaround.exe located in this zip archive: Gatherbuddy Installer Workaround - Downloads - WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums

Some text should appear.

Close it, and run GB.
