Can we sell our lifetime account?

I've really enjoyed using HB & GB over the past few months but after my 72 hr ban a couple of days ago I've decided I'm going to close all but one WoW account and continue to play my 85 raiders by hand. I am not going to ask for a refund but what I was wondering is if it's against HB's ToS for me to sell my lifetime account at a reduced cost to another botter.

If it is I will simply keep it on the backburner just in case I ever decide to use it again. I just figure after gathering over 600k gold for personal use I am probably good for the rest of the expansion and there after.

Considering it's allowed to share your account with whoever you want, I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed to sell it.
