can t see the pokestop in pokefarmer

Hi
i just install game, bought licence for a month
i put key in pokefarmer and i test it, it run but no pokestop is available on maps; i can t see them pokefarmer don t move; so pokefarmer don t loot pokestop and don t capture pokemons.

Can you help me please?

i don t start in germany but in my town, Pau; france.

i tried again just now and now i can see some pokemon in my town and some pokestop, but not all pokestop lol.i know aplace that it have 4 pokestop but on map of pokefarmer there is 0 lol ^^


Edit now i can see pokestop/

no movment, no loot pokestop and no catch pokemons. i dont know why. Now i can see the pokemons on the maps, i can see the pokestop but mu pokefarmer do nothing.just stay where it is when it starts.
