Can someone help me to get the right plugins and profile?

I've bought this software a year ago.
Still not good at using it. The best part I used is the fishing buddy....

Recently, our group has activities. As there are couple of good friends, they decided to take me to these Raid.

My problem is, I've got a really really low DPS. My rank is always equal to the number of DPS there.

I'm a demonic warlock. Some times destruction.

I want some plugins which could help:
1.Escape from boss's spell.
2.Auto loot.
3.A dps routine which enables me to have a good DPS without death.
And the profile for the legion raids.

I don't know what plugins and profiles are the most popular ones. Besides, I'm not an English native speaker, finding right things on this forum is quite difficult for me.

1-a plugin will not help you escape from a boss's spell. read your dungeon journal in-game and determine what spells you need to avoid. then manually move your character as needed.
2-auto-loot for raiding is not something that can be done for legion raiding at the moment.
3-check the buddy store for a warlock custom routine. there should be one available.
that routine will generally not cover acceptable use of cooldowns and these must be done manually when they will be most effective. this is a large part of doing good dps.

there are no profiles for legion raiding at the moment. you should use a custom profile with the Enyo botbase. it is a non-movement botbase. you will want to move your character and use cooldowns appropriately.
