Can someone help me install [Fly][A - Quest] LK 68-80 [Kick] and the plugins

I have no clue how to install this and was wondering if anyone can give me detailed instructions on how to download these, I have downloaded the XML thing but I really need help downloading the UseItemForAura Plugin, Quest Behaviors, and the anti drown plugin.

download the SVN of mine and then copy / paste over the behaviors / plugins
