Can someone explain to me how raf works? I cant figure it out.

I am aiming to set up two new accounts that are both totally separate from my two accounts that I already have. how exactly do you buy "Raf time" and what would be the most cost effective way for me to set up two accounts. my best guess so far is paying for a full account and starting a month sub, then recruiting my next account via raf, but then I would still be paying for everything, minus the free month my first account would be getting. If anyone could explain to me how the raf thing works that would be really appreciated, and if anyone has any other tips they are welcome.

And I am reading people are somehow buying accounts with gold.. how does that work??

That's how the RAF thing works, but you get two accounts, 3 months of 3x XP, and a free month.

You can buy accounts that hasn't yet been added to a Battle.net account, you just need to find the seller.
