Can some1 give some advise here please?

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem here. While grinding I often find that my warrior just stands there staring at the mob it's intended to kill, because i.e. his charge or some other ability is out of reach. Is there anything I can do to prevent that from happening? Is it the profile? Is it the CR? or is it the HB settings? This is really gettin' on my nerves.

I use Tuanha warrior btw.
