Can not use archebuddy

When I run AB it will not access archeage, if I am running AB I can not use archeage it keeps returning me to PLAY on archeage. I submitted my log and problem and was told to go to the forum. I have yet to get this working after a week or more of sending messages.

I have a similar problem....I can get the game to load, and get to server list, but when I click a server it says connecting but will never connect...it may be my proxy that isn't being allowed to access the servers but it doesn't make sense since I can get to the list....This is only when using archebuddy, I have not tried to connect using my proxy without archebuddy yet...may try that next
