Can not start Honor Budy

Good evening!
i just wanted to start using honor budy again but i cant get it to work...

at first i had a problem with the "msvcp110.dll" file. i downloaded it and put it in the same directory as honorbody.
i also re-installed net.framework

now i dont get a error message at all
i appreciate every help i can get

sometimes i get the message: ... cannot be started (0xc0000007b). hit ok to terminate :-/
