Can not get HB to Run

I attached the errer. I am in DX9 and 32 bit windowed. I have all addons off, and have re downloaded updated HB still nothing running as add min. Please help.

Hope this is a better picture but i would like to use this service our i will want my money back was going to buy life time but glad i got the trial 1 moth bc i am having mad issues installing this system.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
