Can mods "kill" sessions?

In the common sense of killing a pid, can mods kill a session?

Like a retard I loaded up 3 HB's and then my WoW crashed, so they are in the process of trying to time out and I'm currently locked out of HB/GB.

Can /MODS/ kill sessions, or (if it's even possible) is this access limited to just Boss. ?
