Can log into account on phone (Andriod) but not Pokefarmer???

I was getting the Could not connect to game server. Please try again later. message for the past few days, even when I created a fresh account. However, now I am able to connect successfully, but my main account allows me to log in to Pokemon Go with my Droid with no issues, but Pokefarmer gives me the "Could not connect to game server. Please try again later." message when I try to login with that same account. Has anyone else had this issue?

The account you are trying to use is probably banned.

Login to the account using a phone.
 
the account logs in using my Android device with no issues. I even tried creaing a fresh account and still get the same problem.
 
No proxy's. Nothing out of the ordinary. Im running one instance of Pokefarmer on a spare Windows 8 laptop. No VMs, proxies, or any other variables. I have everything set up correctly as far as im aware of, however I continually keep getting this error. Please, does anyone have an idea?

Do you have any anti virus programs? Or firewalls that could in theory be blocking the connection? Make sure you have all the VPN settings cleared. We know your account is able to log in, and we know that PF works (as many others are able to use it) so we need to identify the roadblock with your setup. If none of the above applies, please join our discord chat server and ask one of our support guys to remote assist with you and we should be able to get you up and running again properly.
