I can log in, but that is about it. I can start and will move to pokestops, but doesnt loot anything and no exp. I try and catch pokeman and it is fled everytime. I have fresh installed, bags arent full, cache cleared, i think i tried about everything dont know whats wrong

update i have waited over 1 hour for possible soft ban but no luck is running right now with the few balls I have left and wasting them on fled for everything. I still am getting nothing from pokestops

well started a new account it would catch poke, but still wouldnt loot pokestops.
