can i set up the Hearthlogger restart time?

because my BN client start time very long (about 2-3MIN) ,hearthlogger built-in restart time will restart the BNclient .so my hearthlogger cant work normally.
can you adjust the hearthlogger built-in restart time? thinks!!!!!!

i have four machines,of which only three start BNclient slowly! help me~~~
