Can I run 6 instances of the game with 2x 3 sessions keys?

Can I run 6 instances of the game using 2x 3 sessions keys on the same computer without using any virtualization just copying the game folder 6 times?

Do I also need 2x DB folders for the 2 separate keys?

you use x3 sessions with 1 key and x3 sessions with the other key. Can be used in same folder
