Can I resell my account?

I just was wondering if I was allowed to resell my account. I bought a lifetime account a little while ago when Cataclysm came out but ended up having to quit the game altogether and now I need the money to go to a gym because I'm trying to lose weight.

Cant talk to the reselling, but I can make a recommendation about going to the gym.

I decided that instead of joining a gym, I would jog to the nearest gym once a day and back home again instead. I got fit and didn't cost me anything.
