Can I have accounts setup in account manager to...

I would like to be able to Launch one of my accounts / characters from a schedule and have a Plugin automaticly start when the character enters the world. Is this possible?

I thought I read that something like this could be done. I don't think I have seen anything about it being scheduled. I do see that I can have Plugins auto start but that looks to be global applying to all of my characters at login?

Sorry for such a noob question, I hate it when my noob shows.

Go to menu>autostart and there you have all your plugins listed. Check a box next to the plugin you want to be ran when your character loads into the game world!
