Can I Get Some Advice?

Hey everyone, well I need some advice. I am leveling a mage and my mage dies every other pull, I am not sure if this is a CC fault or just my mage is crap. Is there any advice you can give me to make my mage less squishy? I have level gear for my level.

well you could start out by telling us what CC you use ..

Go frost, use project e.
Not much more to it. Unless you reallly need loot, for grinding, I'd just turn off looting as until later levels you have to drink often and it slows your exp down twice as much.
If high enough, use elemkental as permanent pet for more dps, survivability, adds help.
