Can I get a refund since Pokefamer is still down.

Hi there,
I bought a pokefamer one-month key in September, and it has been extended to November.
The pokefamer, in most times, has been down since I purchased it.
I contacted the Buddy Support for a refund, but got rejected.
So I'm wondering is my case eligible for a refund?

I have a key for another Buddy product that I don't use any more.
Can I swap it for another Buddy product?
No. Bossland GmbH does not allow for key swaps. Instead, a "7-day, no questions asked" refund policy is offered (see information below).

If support says no then unfortunately the answers going to be no. They have the final say. The forums will not be able to assist with anything related to purchases.
 
pokefarmer patched now anyway. no idea if safe though, make some new accounts to test.
 
I have seen several sites been closed down to take one thing. And yes, If it goes against anything copyrighted material they have the right to close whole sites. but enough.

Educate yourself about the company and it's history. All you're saying is completly based on your personal opinion as far as i see it your full of shit. You haven't provided any sources nor proof of anything you claimed.
