can i fish and mine at same time?

Hello, been a huge fan of program so far. was wondering if there is a way, or if profiles/plugins are available that allow for the gathering of ore and herbs while on fishing profiles? I see my toon fly over tons of nodes while fishing and would love if there was someway to get them to stop and harvest.
