Can I do this?

Not sure if I can so before I say the realms I want to ask if I can do that. I need few mining suppliers on several realms and I thought that this is the best place to ask for them instead of spamming in forums and ppl whispering me that their best is 20 stacks/day, so am I allowed to ask for that on the forums and to reveal the realms on which I need them?
