Can i bot on the same battle.net, if 1 account is banned?

I was caught in the banwave a few months back, and 1 of my accounts was banned till august.
I have another account on the same battle.net, that i use to play on now, but im wondering if this account is flagged?
Would i get instantly banned if i started the bot on the same battle.net?
or how would this work?
