Can I announce Diablo 3 bot in another, kinda rival-ish forum??

So, I've been going through other forums and apparently 1 bot that alot of people wasted their money on is already cancelled or shut down something of the sort. And people are angry.... And in said forums, people have said something to the effect of "I wish there was a Diablo 3 honorbuddy bot" so and there was a bunch of people agreeing. So i guess some folks haven't caught wind of the development in progress..

So I guess what im asking is, can I announce it and let them know there will be a reliable bot soon ?? I wanted to ask permission first. Let me know! Thanks!
