Can Blizzard take my money back?

Hi,

you can see the question in the title. can blizzard take all my money back if i get banned because of botting?
 
yes, just like all your money out of your pocket.
 
Then ask a serious question...

Blizzard ain't Interpol or the CIA. They can't freeze your bank account. You're breaking the TOS, not the law... Jesus christ some of these questions...
 
I?m asking because its very easy to take the money back via. paypal
maybe it?s just because I cant believe that I can earn so much money with d3 :p

No it's not. that would be fraud. You sold something that person got it, you got the money.
 
If you havent noticed. There is no issue refund option in paypal for payments received from Blizzard.
 
If they make payments to your Paypal account with a credit card, then they can perform a chargeback but, I doubt very much they use a credit card.

I expect that you may have heard about the problem with Paypal, where people reverse payments after paying for products or services. This is a problem with Paypal, and a reason why a lot of companies will not allow payment via Paypal but, this can only happen if the person makes their payment with a credit card via Paypal.
 
Ok...so I guess I dont have to worry? I dont want to spend the money if blizzard takes it back...

Wrong. U can charge back EVERY transaction on paypal. If from creditcard, or bank or whatever.

BTT: Blizzard can, but they wouldnt do that. Its a real company, not freaky guys from outthere...
