Can blizzard flag pc or internet router ?

Can blizz put your pc and internet router on black list so that you get flagged every time you make new acc on yours pc ?

ive heard of ppl getting banned or flagged, so maybe they can. But its probably very rare as it would require a gm human to do that (and a very pissed one also), but u don't gotta worry about that mostly, just get banned and recoop ur bots and try again

i think they cant i got banned quite alot a few months ago then i stopped playing the game for awhile with botting i was playing ps4 then i came back with an fresh account lvled all 11 classes farming gold now while playing on ps4 because i dont like the game anymore and im stil on the same pc and same ip and not banned and my same nighthawk router
