Hello everybody,

I apologize if this is the wrong section to post in. My previous account got banned two months ago for botting, I'm kind of reluctant to bot again but I would like to know firsthand how Blizzard detects botting. Is it solely from other player reports? Or does a signal automaticly get sent to Blizzard every time you start the bot in-game? Thanks in advance

If we knew how bots were detected, we'd never be detected...

Not a single person outside of Blizzard's security team can answer your question and they sure as hell aren't going to come here and tell us how they're doing it.

Hello,

Player report may trigger a GM spectate, and so, a ban.
Some special behavior (farming, or whatever) may trigger a GM spectate.

Else, most of bans come from HB software detection.
At this point, you canno't do shits.

Okay, so they can detect botting software even if somebody doesn't report you? :[

So how do you not let blizzard scan your computer files then? So they do not find honorbuddy or detect it.
