Can Blizzard Block you?

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues connecting to Blizzard. I cannot access Battlenet or any Battlenet Websites. I can access anything else on the Net except Battlenet or sites. I went around the road to a friends and can access Battlenet from the their Computer/Net.

I've reset everything I can think of, even released and renewed my IP. Still nothing Battlenet.

Apparently it is an issue with my Providers Servers having issues connecting with Blizzard/BattleNet.

Now play the waiting game while they resolve the problem.
