Can Belphegor routinue pick up health globes in battle?

I bot warrior's rest with my wizard,
It seems that It did't pick any health globes in battle.
But I find that say the routine can pick it in the thread"Belphegor Test Release"

It's a bit hard to bot warrior's rest if bot don't pick it.
