can anyone please help me on how to block phising emails im getting annnoyed of it

ye like the tittle says the retard is trying it for over a year now he dont understand that im not an idiot who going to fall for it its from wowaccount he keeps sending me phising emails i tryed to block him in the option of msn but that doesend make him stop from sending emails to me he keeps trying is there a way to block it so i never get an email from him?
